- MANAGER is an administrational module enabling the management of companies
included into the system. It allows the PSPG system administrator to add/delete
specific suppliers (overall corporate data, geographical location of enterprises),
customers (overall corporate data and structure, number of assigned workplaces
and workers), and to revise their corporate data, contact persons etc.
After having obtained the consent on the part of administrator, the owner
determines the scopes of authorisation for data readout.
The
present module contains all European Norms, and descriptions thereof.
The Norms are introduced in six language versions.
The
Price List Catalogue is yet another administrational module. The administrators
enter different products, their descriptions, photographs, validity periods
and dimensions in accordance with product charts provided by the supplier.
Then the products are grouped in accordance with relevant norms. The Price
List Catalogue also has a little in common with logistics - containing
information about timing of deliveries, durability of products and guarantee
periods. Currently, the database includes ca. 80 thousand products.
