Work Hygiene and Safety [BHP – Pol. abbr.] storage safety products distribution machine system in your company. The system enables to automate the distribution of allotted safety products to a predefined individual employee.

We present "KAZIK".  our advanced, individual safety products management system. HOW IT WORKS

Employee recognition
The user/employee logs in by scanning his/her badge or by entering individual code on the touch screen and obtains access to a desired operation or items, which were predefined for that particular user/employee. Unauthorized individuals do not have access to items in the distribution machine..


Choice of operation
Employee selects a desired operation: Collection, Return, Restocking … depending on his/her individual authorization. Next, a desired item and its quantity is selected. The system unblocks appropriate number of storage locations providing access to previously entered number of items. Among others, it also displays pictures of items, their description, quantity available, prices.

Computerized management
Automatic Distributor “KAZIK” is equipped with a PC computer secured with a UPS unit in case of power failure. The computer, access to which has the system administrator only, has its own three module comprising software:
 
- User Interface
The User Interface is simple and user friendly. The easy use allows for optimal utilization of its functions. The Interface enables for the display of a large amount of data facilitates item search. Employees use an industrial touch screen designated for work under hard conditions.
 
- Administrator Interface
The Administrator Interface is the most expended module of the system. It enables access configuration for each defined user or user group as well as modification of product, items, machines and detail data. With its assistance one can also configure limitations and item distribution for users or user groups.
 
- Statistics and Reporting
The Reporting module provides access to all system information such as: history of item collections, returns, restocking and damages, plus a list of items below the minimum quantity, a list of items in the order process, stock receiving etc. The module also has an option of creating the company’s own reports.
 

Decrease of utilization
The decrease in utilization of dispensed items, after installing “KAZIK” automatic item dispenser, is significant ranging between 25% to 35% for [BHP – pol.] Work Safety and Hygiene articles.
Profitability
In addition to decrease in item utilization, “KAZIK” solution system has also other attributes such as: automatic order placement, time saving management for Purchasing Departments, warehouse managers and users, identification of cost sources, invoicing per production orders.
