The
Collector Module is the most extended part of the system.
It consists of a number of applications enabling identification & control of workplaces, employees, working hours, allocation and classification of assets entrusted to employees, automatic printout of all HR documents (revised in accordance with the guidelines defined by the State Inspection of Labour - PIP), as well as many other options aiming at optimisation and supervision of enterprises/institutions.

By
determining the applicable norms (using the Inspector Module), an expert
defines the risk status at a given workplace and restricts the range of
products to those which are permissible in a given environment and approved
of by the supervisory authorities monitoring the safety of work. Additionally,
the Inspector Module determines the types of necessary employee trainings
and examinations. The system also supervises the execution and timeliness
of such actions, reporting all irregularities. At the same time, the Inspector
Module prevents decisions taken at such stage from being subsequently
modified or changed by third parties. This, in turn, eliminates the occurrence
of defects or errors. Additionally, the module also contains a complete
library of norms applicable in the case of Individual Protection Means.
The
main objective of the Supply Specialist Module is to narrow down the scope
of responsibilities of individuals in charge of purchases, making them
responsible solely for choosing the right products taking into consideration
their prices, quality or manufacturers. Their choices are thus limited
only to such products which actually conform to specific workplace requirements,
in accordance with the Inspector (compliance with certain standards )
and the Collector Modules (e.g. reducing the array of products in view
of the user's gender, available sizes or colour range). Each order placed
via the Supply Specialist Module is transferred directly to manufacturers/distributors
of the necessary goods, for immediate processing.
The
Time's Pendulum Module is a tool for monitoring compliance with validity
periods, guarantees, orders and supplies. Apart from automatic surveillance
over the timeliness of supplies of used-up Individual Protection Means,
it also allows for the optimisation of their purchase costs - the usage
period parameter guarantees that the selected products will not only be
inexpensive, but also cost-effective in exploitation.
The Supplier Module - installed directly at a manufacturer's / distributor's venue provides a direct connection between suppliers of Individual Protection Means and customers. It consists of a number of subsystems enabling the calculation of transportation costs and order processing.
